We are looking for Data Management JR, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will - Support data management activities, ensuring quality and governance across CRM systems.
- Generate reports, perform testing, and validate data accuracy for key processes.
- Review and correct data inputs and outputs to maintain consistency.
- Provide assistance to CRM key users and help prepare documentation for daily operations.
Mandatory Skills - Proven experience with CRM data handling and reporting.
- Hands-on practice with data validation, testing, and corrections.
- Ability to support CRM key users and resolve data-related issues.
- Strong analytical mindset to ensure data quality and governance.
- English is mandatory; - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Data, IT or a closely related field.
Desirable Skills - Previous experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM, or similar).
- Ability to deliver user training and ongoing CRM monitoring.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
