We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Power BI & Power Automate Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building data visualizations and automating workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and streamline operations through automation.Key ResponsibilitiesPower BI:Develop and maintaindashboards, reports, and data modelsusing Power BI.Performdata extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)using Power Query.Write advancedDAX expressionsfor calculated columns and measures.Ensuredata accuracy, optimize performance, and design user-friendly interfaces.Collaborate with business teams to understand and implement reporting requirements.Power Automate:Design and implementautomated workflowsto improve business processes.Integrate flows withMicrosoft 365 apps(SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize flow performance.Maintain documentation and provide support for automation solutions.Required SkillsStrong proficiency inPower BI(DAX, Power Query, data modeling).Experience withPower Automate(cloud flows, connectors, approvals).Good understanding ofMicrosoft 365andSharePoint Online.Familiarity withSQLand relational databases.Ability to translatebusiness needs into technical solutions.Strongproblem-solvingandcommunication skills.Advanced English.
