This role is a 12-month temporary assignment.
This role will be payrolled through a third-party staffing agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with TikTok's Brazil sales org to strengthen relationships with top accounts and support client growth & retention via innovative creator strategies
- Research and synthesize market-specific best practices for creator partnerships and disseminate via internal and external docs & collateral
- Plan and moderate creator-led workshops to better educate Brazilian advertisers on how to succeed on TikTok
- Partner with relevant TikTok partnership teams to leverage global creator marketing agencies as execution partners for Brazilian clients
- Lead strategic marketing activations with TikTok creators from start (recommending creators) to finish (publishing content) for prioritized Brazilian clients
- Coordinate with Creator Partnerships team to understand relevant creator communities and emerging trends of interest to Brazil market
- Assist Legal and Operations team in creator contracting & payment process
**Qualifications**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience working with social influencers for marketing or advertising purposes
- Direct experience supporting the advertising RFP process and a fluent understanding of digital marketing tactics and KPIs
- Creative storyteller who can outline and sell in creator-driven marketing strategies
- Entrepreneurial thinker who will recommend business improvements and bubble up market-specific needs before being asked for fixes
Even Better If
- Experience advising Brazilian brand and ad agency clients
- Experience creating content on TikTok platform (please give TikTok handle)
