Android Development LeadAbout UsWe are seeking an experienced Android developer to lead our mobile application development efforts.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Kotlin and experience with Jetpack Compose, as well as a passion for innovative product development.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain mobile applications leveraging Kotlin Multiplatform for shared business logic and Compose for modern UI design.Collaborate on cross-platform initiatives contributing to both Android and iOS codebases when necessary.Analyze and optimize high-volume mobile systems for performance scalability.Refactor and revitalize codebases as technology evolves.Lead development efforts for new products enhancements to existing products in response to market changes.Troubleshoot and resolve system failures ensuring high-quality user experiences.Work closely with engineers designers product managers to deliver innovative features.Requirements:5+ years of Android development experience with proficiency in Kotlin.Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM Clean Architecture).Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform or other cross-platform frameworks.Exposure to or experience with iOS development (Swift Objective-C) is a plus.Strong architecture design skills ability to build reusable UI components.Comfortable working on collaborative fast-paced engineering teams.Excellent communication problem-solving time management skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.The chance to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with a talented team of engineers designers.A competitive compensation package including benefits and perks.
