About the RoleWe are seeking a Compliance Professional to lead our organization's SOC 2 compliance efforts.This role requires strong analytical skills, system design capability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into our SaaS product development and operations.ResponsibilitiesSOC 2 Compliance Management: Lead the end-to-end process for achieving and maintaining SOC 2 complianceVendor Risk Management: Utilize Vanta's Vendor Risk Management solution to assess and monitor third-party vendorsAudit Support: Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient SOC 2 auditsCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, IT, and product teams to ensure compliance integrationTraining and Awareness: Conduct training sessions on SOC 2 compliance requirementsReporting and Metrics: Use Vanta's reporting features to track compliance metricsRequired ExperienceExcellent English communication skills3+ years of experience in compliance, information security, or risk managementHands-on experience with Vanta or similar compliance automation platformsStrong understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud security principlesFamiliarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO *****, HIPAA, GDPR, or NIST CSFAbout Our OrganizationWe are a privately held software development company providing outsourced development resources to North American companies.Our mission is to offer development talent who enjoy taking on challenging work, want to grow their skills and experiences building software, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
