We are looking for a Senior Telecommunications Analyst, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, on-site, in the city of Londrina/Parana.In this role you must have:• Engineer or Technologist of systems or telecommunications, in computer science or related, with experience in management of local area networks (wired/wireless) for more 2000 virtual /physical devices and extended datacenter supporting critical business environments.• Creation/Editing medium and high critical configuration scripts for new environments/ troubleshooting/ remediation scenario.• Cisco CCNA Certification desirable.• Experience for configuration, troubleshooting, testing, IMAC for access/border/core network for Cisco/HP Family.• This Family comprises small/medium switches L2/L3, small/medium/large Router L3-L7 for access/edge/core, WLAN Cisco/HP.• This Co E wants coverage firewalls Palo Alto, SASE - apply policies/rules/group member/individual• Identification, testing and built cabling CAT5-9, fiberoptics MM/SM• Testing for data communication radio & mobile access• Knowledge for NSX /Virtualization network• Active Directory/ Radius/802.1x/ MFA authentication.• Palo Alto Firewall / Windows Jump Server configuration.• Palo Alto VPN.• Panorama and Cortex Management for large number of devices.• Prepare, validate and conduct change Management process.• Capacity/Performance analysis (CPU, Mem, throughput ports).• Good Communication skills.• Fluent in English.Good to have:• Cisco CCNA Certification desirable.• Knowledge Fortinet/Huawei for network (LAN/WLAN) and security devices.• Firewalls Paloalto and network security administration.• Palo Alto Panorama and large number of firewall visibility and administration.• Setup, configuration, integration, design, zero trust. Rules optimization, IP Policy and documentation• Hardening, standard setup to prod preparation, capacity planning, high availability and failover• Virtual and appliances devices, cloud and on prem, backup & Restore.• VPN IPsec and Client to site implementation• Integration with other security team members from threat intel, SOC• Experience for End User support in record, diagnose and solve problems in the scope of microcomputing, hardware, operating systems, telephony, videoconferencing, web conferencing, audio conferencing and related areas, including performing any corrective maintenance on ICT equipment;• Experience to clarify doubts and guide users regarding the use, availability, installation and configuration of software, applications, information systems (both those in the market and those developed internally), equipment, standards and procedures on the technological environment of the Customer and its use• Identify and immediately report to the Level 2 Service Supervisor critical problems that have significant impacts on the technological environment of Customer, exceptional situations and other situations beyond its control or jurisdiction.• Perform analysis of the hardware requirements for software installation.• Test functionalities of new equipment, components or peripherals, and prepare configuration and user guides or manuals;• Act in the execution of activities of the asset management process in Customer locations where there are no asset technicians allocated, at times when the Asset Management service is not available or whenever required by supervision.• Understand cybersecurity attacks, mitigation methods.Key responsibilities:The network Associate is responsible for the LAN, WAN, WLAN or SDWAN Network. On LANs, WANs, WLANs, SDWANs, it is responsible for addressing, switches, routers, Wi Fi related devices, AD, DNS, NPM, Firewalls, CDN's, Balancers, NFV. In the WAN he is responsible for private networks and the Internet, and assists in the adoption of monitoring and data collection tools in the network.
