Internship Opportunity in Case ManagementWe are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven intern to join our team.The selected candidate will assist with the intake, tagging, and triage of fraud-related case submissions.
They will document return materials processes for traceability and evidence handling, support the creation and refinement of SOPs for fraud and marketing workflows, collaborate with Fraud Ops, Decision Science, and Technical teams to align platform inputs, participate in testing and feedback for new platform features, and help draft reports and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.Assist with intake, tagging, and triage of fraud-related case submissions;Document return materials processes for traceability and evidence handling;Support creation and refinement of SOPs for fraud and marketing workflows;Collaborate with Fraud Ops, Decision Science, and Technical teams to align platform inputs;Participate in testing and feedback for new platform features;Help draft reports and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.Requirements:Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Criminal Justice, or a related field (penultimate or final year);Strong academic performance and attention to detail;Passionate about structured processes and operational efficiency;Comfortable working across tools like Jira, Confluence, and Excel;Curious about fraud prevention, financial crimes, and enterprise automation;Proactive communicator with strong English skills (written and verbal).
