Manager Product Designer Web in our Marketing Operationsarea in Brazil
This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country.
Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.The Sr.
Manager Product Designer Web is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efforts of a team of web designers to ensure high-quality, strategically aligned design outcomes.
As a leader, this role is accountable for setting design priorities, distributing tasks based on the skills and expertise within the team, optimizing existing design systems and processes for scalability, and contributing directly to practical design tasks when necessary.
The Sr.
Manager Product Designer Web also collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish design strategies that enhance user experience across multiple digital channels, including web and mobile platforms.YOUR IMPACTBuild design process, delivering high-quality product interfaces while also maintaining and evolving design systems to ensure scalability and consistency across platforms.Provide direct supervision to the team, offering guidance and support for their performance and development while ensuring alignment with company objectives.Build the team - recruit, hire, and train new team members to ensure the team is staffed to full capacity.Lead, mentor, and coordinate the efforts of a team of designers by delegating tasks according to skill sets and project demands.Participate in leadership discussions to interpret and apply business strategy to design efforts, optimizing designs across channels (web and mobile).
Oversee and enhance the component library, particularly for scalability and mobile adaptability, collaborating with the team on component documentation.Engage in strategic prioritization meetings to align design efforts with overall business goals;Ensure tasks in Figma are well-organized and documented for development handoff.Facilitate regular syncs with development and other departments to refine workflows, maintain alignment on goals, and support cross-departmental understanding of design assets.Continuously refine and optimize design processes to improve delivery quality and team efficiency.Directly participate in design delivery when needed.Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.WHO YOU AREBachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science or related disciplines.Advanced skills in Figma.Expertise in User Experience best practices, Design and Accessibility guidelines Comprehensive understanding of design for web, mobile, and responsive interfaces.Strong background in user-centered design and an understanding customer journey mapping.Previous hands-on experience in design roles, with a proven track record of delivering impactful design solutions.Experience with design systems: creating, maintaining, and optimizing them for consistency and efficiency across multiple platforms and teams.Experience working with metrics, analytics, and user feedback, using data-driven insights to refine design solutions and measure success.Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies for user insights.Strong project management abilities to prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks within the design team effectively.Fluent English is mandatory.We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
