We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Operations Manager to join our organization.This is a key role in the operational quality control process, where you will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategies that meet operational quality standards.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, data analysis, communication-coordination skills and experience in building incentive systems and scoring systems.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control strategy to ensure operational quality meets standardsEvaluate and optimize the partner quality evaluation systemDesign a hierarchical exit mechanism for non-performing partnersCollaborate with frontline teams to replace inferior partners and improve operational qualityRequirements:Bachelor's degree or above, no restrictions on majorsMore than 3 years of experience in Platform Governance, business analysis, 3PL management, etc.Strong data analysis and communication-coordination skillsExperience in building incentive systems and scoring systemsRelevant work experience in fulfillment and delivery strategies, rider management, etc.What We Offer:Opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organizationChallenging role in quality control operationsCompetitive compensation package
