Technical Lead – Sample Manager LIMS Brazil (Remote); preferred in Sao Paulo.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – SampleManager to lead and deliver SampleManager LIMS implementation and enhancement projects.This role is responsible for driving technical execution, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely delivery of solutions aligned with company standards and SOPs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical team on SampleManager LIMS implementation and enhancement projects.Act as a technical front-facing resource with customers to understand enhancement requirements and propose effective solutions.Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and produce clear, detailed requirement specification documents.Design, develop, configure, and implement enhancements and revisions to meet client needs.Deliver solutions according to agreed timelines, ensuring compliance with company standards, SOPs, and quality guidelines.Provide technical guidance and support to internal team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.Evaluate client requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.Contribute to the delivery of high-quality software through effective system design, peer code reviews, unit testing, and best development practices.Participate across the full system lifecycle, including design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support.Collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams and multiple client stakeholders simultaneously.Technical ScopeDevelop and configure SampleManager workflows, including:Sample workflowsStock and instrument modulesInstrument interfacing using Integration ManagerReport Designer, Forms Designer, and Label DesignerSample Scheduler, Batch Management, Lot Management, and Plate HandlingStability, SQC, SM-IDI, PIMS, and DashboardsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in SampleManager implementation and support.Extensive hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions in SampleManager LIMS.Strong background in systems analysis, design, development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, with minimal supervision in project environments.Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple concurrent projects.Excellent communication skills; English language proficiency is required.Spanish is nice to have.Flexible, self-motivated, and proactive team player with a positive, delivery-focused attitude.Willingness and ability to learn and migrate to new technologies while adhering to priorities and timelines.Clear understanding of individual and company goals, with a strong commitment to seeing work through to completion.#J-*****-Ljbffr
