Business Intelligence Analyst RoleWe are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our organization.This professional will play a crucial role in empowering individuals and businesses worldwide by providing actionable insights.The successful candidate will be responsible for taking raw information and constructing compelling narratives to inform business decisions.They will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identify data sources, and develop Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards.Collaborate with stakeholders to determine reporting requirements and query relevant data sources.Cleanse and manipulate data to meet specific needs, creating informative Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards.Present finished products to stakeholders and gather feedback for improvement.Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau, developing reports according to analyst-defined specifications.Provide technical training, maintain documentation, and process SQL Server SPs and queries.To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess:A minimum of 3 years' experience in developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data.Familiarity with Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, as well as at least 1 year of work experience using Tableau.A solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts.Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach with ability to deliver commitments.Superior organizational skills with disciplined implementation, support, and documentation.Experience with ETL from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (a plus).Familiarity with SQL Server database architecture and/or experience creating tabular data models in SQL Server (a plus).Advanced English language proficiency.This role offers flexibility, tailored compensation, cutting-edge tools, autonomous workflow, well-being, diversity & inclusion, collaboration, and development opportunities.
