**Responsabilidades**:
- Liderar times multidisciplinares da área de tecnologia (QA, WEB, Mobile, Ruby);
- Atuar como líder funcional, estimulando a alta performance, identificando talentos certos nos lugares certos, contribuindo com o engajamento de talentos de Tecnologia;
- Apoiar no desenvolvimento dos liderados como indivíduo e como parte integrante do time, seguindo o fit cultural da Youse;
- Fomentar práticas e técnicas de engenharia como TDD e programação em pares;
- Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Produto e de Agilidade, para elevar a eficiência do fluxo e previsibilidade das entregas;
- Propagar a estratégia de tecnologia e visão de negócio junto aos times;
- Ser apoio para definição estratégica das iniciativas técnicas do time;
- Estimular o time aos cuidados necessários a LGPD e governança corporativa;
- Estimular o time as melhores práticas de TI e compartilhamento de conhecimento;
- Apoiar os times em relação ao roadmap de tecnologia;
- Trabalhar em um ambiente ágil, apoiado em métricas, como por exemplo, definição dos OKR ´s, sendo de capaz de discuti-los com foco na melhoria contínua do negócio.
Pré-requisitos:
- Experiência com a liderança de times de Engenharia de Software/gestão de pessoas;
- Vivência com arquitetura de microsserviços;
- Experiência com plataformas de aplicativos e tecnologias de navegador;
- Ter atuado em empresas digitais e com metodologias ágeis;
- Experiência relevante em planejamento, desenvolvimento e entrega de soluções escaláveis de softwares.
