Join us in shaping the future of work.Overview of the role:The Engineering Manager position focuses on building and scaling high-performing teams while delivering new and existing products. This role involves collaborating in design, architecture, and development while maintaining high quality standards through innovative product development, working closely with Product Management, Architects, and executive leadership while taking responsibility for building and scaling teams and delivering exceptional software solutions.Key responsibilities:- Building teams by sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and hiring the right candidates.- Working with Product Management to define roadmaps, MVP, and key metrics of products.- Collaborating with Architects and team leads to define appropriate architecture for products.- Managing projects and driving Scrum meetings to ensure delivery excellence.- Being involved with development and testing of features alongside teams.Requirements:- Software Development: 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development (Java,.
