Sr.Full Stack Developer (Python, Vue, SQL, MongoDB, AWS We seek an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead technical initiatives and tackle complex engineering challenges.This role requires expertise in software development, leadership in driving projects, and the ability to design scalable solutions.The ideal candidate will manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.In This Role You Will:Collaboration and Execution• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements• Ensure engineering best practices are followed throughout development• Contribute to system architecture and design discussionsCore Competencies for Success:• Expertise in at least one critical system/service and recognized leadership in that area• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions• Ability to estimate project costs and resource needs• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills• Effective communication and collaboration skills• Commitment to continuous learning and innovationCredentials and Experience:• Proficiency in backend development using Python, SQL, MongoDB and AWS• Preference for engineers with full-stack proficiency, particularly in Vue.js• Extensive experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions• Strong expertise in software development methodologies and best practices• Experience leading teams and managing software projects
