Senior Front-End Software Developer PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled senior front-end software developer to join our team.As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in building and delivering cutting-edge AI-native services at startup speed.In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable front-end applications, working closely with UI/UX designers to ensure delivery of exceptional user experiences.You will lead front-end architectural decisions, implementing best practices in performance optimization and responsive design.Your expertise will also be utilized to transform legacy workflows into modern, secure, scalable codebases using cloud-native best practices.This role requires strong coding fundamentals, system design capability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.You will work collaboratively with AI and full-stack engineers, security leaders, and product managers to build and deliver world-class solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable front-end applicationsLead front-end architectural decisionsTransform legacy workflows into modern codebasesEnsure all services adhere to stringent utility-sector regulationsRequired Skills:5+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise environments utilizing React.jsExperience with GraphQLDemonstrated ability to deliver high-quality code in fast-moving teamsBasic proficiency with AI/ML tooling (e.g., calling APIs, integrating model outputs)Cloud-native engineering experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)Benefits:15 days Paid Time Off (PTO), one floating day, three sick days, and designated national holidaysOpportunity to work on challenging projects and grow your skills and experienceAbout Us:We are a privately held, nearshore software development company providing outsourced development resources to North American companies.Our mission is to offer development talent who enjoy taking on challenging work, want to grow their skills and experiences building software, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
