Job Opportunity: Software EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team.About the Role:The successful candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable backend infrastructure to support AI applications in healthcare environments.Develop high-throughput data pipelines and microservices in collaboration with ML engineers and scientists.Create APIs and distributed systems for secure data retrieval, processing, and model integration.Maintain patient data protection through strong privacy and security measures across systems.Monitor and optimize backend performance to meet enterprise reliability standards.Collaborate with product managers and healthcare teams to translate clinical needs into technical solutions.Mentor junior engineers to foster technical growth and best practices within the engineering team.Requirements:The ideal candidate should possess 7+ years of experience in backend engineering (Python, Go, or Java).Proven experience building distributed systems (databases, pub/sub, Kafka, Redis).Expertise in cloud platforms (GCP or Azure preferred; AWS acceptable).Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud networking.Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, data modeling, and security/privacy frameworks.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Nice to Have:Familiarity with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain) or vector databases for AI/ML workloads.Experience in healthcare or regulated environments (HIPAA familiarity is a plus).About Us:We are an equal opportunities employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.We aim to empower every person, regardless of their background or circumstances, with an equitable chance to achieve the careers they deserve.
