Job Description:Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F& O) Technical Consultant to lead the design, development, and deployment of customized solutions within the D365 F& O ecosystem. You'll collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and developers to deliver scalable, high-performance ERP solutions that drive operational excellence.Customize and extend Dynamics 365 F& O using X++,. NET, and Power Platform toolsDevelop integrations using Data Entities, OData, Azure Logic Apps, and custom APIsParticipate in technical design sessions, code reviews, and solution architecture discussionsWork closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specificationsPerform data migrations using Data Management Framework (DMF)Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues across environmentsManage deployments using LCS (Lifecycle Services) and Dev Ops pipelinesEnsure compliance with Microsoft best practices and security standardsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field3-6 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics AX / D365 F& O technical developmentProficiency in X++, Morph X, and Visual StudioStrong understanding of D365 architecture, data models, and extension patternsFamiliarity with LCS, Dev Ops, and version control systems (Git, TFVC)Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsFluent English communicationPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate
