About Turing, a world-leading research accelerator for frontier AI labs and partner to global enterprises deploying advanced AI systems.We accelerate frontier research with high-quality data, specialized talent, and training pipelines advancing thinking, reasoning, coding, multimodality, and STEM.For enterprises, we build proprietary intelligence systems integrating AI into mission-critical workflows, unlocking transformative outcomes and driving lasting competitive advantage.Role SummaryThis role's primary responsibility is to carry out all operational steps involved in the selection process for talents by managing candidate-related tasks including communication via email, WhatsApp, and phone; scheduling technical and client interviews; conducting non-technical interviews; coordinating availability; negotiating rates; and ensuring smooth onboarding transitions.The person in this role will also be required to work under the scalability mindset, delivering operational efficiency on the ground.Key Responsibilities:Operational Execution: Oversee candidate-related operations, executing all necessary steps to ensure seamless talent management.Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely updates and handoffs through shared documents, chat channels, and meetings while keeping candidates informed about next steps and feedback throughout the process.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high operational standards.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience, develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Manage large candidate pipelines daily by effectively prioritizing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining consistent productivity and quality under high-volume conditions.Organization & Documentation: Maintain structured, accurate, and up-to-date spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation to ensure data integrity and transparency across all processes.Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to company policies, process playbooks, and quality standards, while supporting audits and reporting efforts to ensure full compliance with organizational and industry regulations.To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Human Resources or a related field, 3-6 years of experience in Operations within digital business, Talent Operations, People Operations, Recruiting Operations, strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and competing priorities, demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies, document workflows, and implement process improvements or automation initiatives, skilled at partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams, and comfort working across global time zones, shifting priorities, and high-volume pipelines.We value our clients' needs above all else, operate with start-up speed, and prioritize innovation and creativity.Joining our organization offers an amazing work culture, awesome colleagues, competitive compensation, flexible working hours, and opportunities to amplify productivity.
