Data Optimization SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Optimization Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced optimization models to solve large-scale scheduling problems.Key Responsibilities:Model Development: Design and build complex optimization models that consider event calendars, service times, passenger volumes, and destinations using available data.Schedule Optimization: Apply optimization solvers (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX, OR-Tools) to generate feasible, efficient schedules.Collaboration: Work closely with operations, planning, and technology teams to align outputs with real-world needs.Requirements:Advanced Knowledge: Strong understanding of optimization modeling techniques, including integer programming, constraint programming, and heuristics/metaheuristics.Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Julia, or C++ and hands-on experience with optimization solvers.Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Benefits:This is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills and expertise to drive business results and make a meaningful impact on our organization.
