Buscamos a una persona curiosa, organizada y con experiencia real en campañas pagadas para unirse como Paid Media Jr.Tu misión será implementar y optimizar campañas publicitarias en Meta Ads y Google Ads , asegurando resultados medibles para nuestros clientes.¿Cuál será tu rol?- Implementar campañas: Serás la persona encargada del montaje completo y la configuración técnica de campañas de publicidad digital, principalmente en plataformas como Meta Ads y Google Ads, incluyendo la correcta asignación de presupuestos y segmentaciones.- Analizar y proponer mejoras: Monitorear los resultados diarios de las campañas (KPIs), entender qué funciona y qué no, y proponer ideas concretas para optimizar la inversión y mejorar el rendimiento.- Asegurar la calidad: Revisarás cuidadosamente la configuración de anuncios, segmentaciones, presupuestos, creatividades y conversiones para garantizar que las campañas se lancen sin errores.- Apoyar en la reportería: Colaborarás en la creación de reportes de rendimiento para que el equipo y los clientes puedan tomar decisiones basadas en datos.¿Qué buscamos en ti?- Experiencia práctica: Has tenido la posibilidad de implementar o gestionar campañas en Meta Ads y Google Ads con clientes reales, indicando KPIs o resultados obtenidos .- Conocimientos básicos de Marketing Digital: Entiendes y sabes explicar qué son métricas como CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversión, etc., y cómo las aplicarías en una optimización.- Mucha atención al detalle: Eres una persona organizada y te aseguras de revisar tu trabajo varias veces para que todo salga bien.- Buen criterio y curiosidad: Te gusta analizar por qué una campaña tiene buenos o malos resultados y piensas en cómo podrías mejorarlos.- Ganas de aprender: Tienes una actitud proactiva, no temes preguntar y estás en constante búsqueda de aprender nuevas herramientas y tendencias.- Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Barranco, Lima.Suma muchos puntos si:- Tienes conocimientos básicos sobre el Píxel de Conversiones o Google Tag Manager.- Has tenido alguna experiencia con campañas para e-commerce.- Conoces otras plataformas como TikTok Ads o LinkedIn Ads.- Has usado herramientas de reportería como Looker Studio (o tienes muchas ganas de aprender a usarla).¿Qué te ofrecemos?- Acompañamiento y mentoría constante: Formar parte de un equipo diverso que potenciará tu aprendizaje y creatividad.- Libertad para experimentar: Un espacio seguro para proponer ideas, probar cosas nuevas y aprender de los resultados.- Línea de carrera clara: Oportunidades reales de crecimiento hacia un rol de Media Manager.- Un gran ambiente de trabajo: Un entorno alegre, con buena onda y un Happy Hour semanal para celebrar los logros.Si cumples con los requisitos y quieres crecer en un entorno desafiante, postula y únete a nuestro equipo.#J-*****-Ljbffr
