Project Leadership OpportunityAs a seasoned project leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of design projects from concept to delivery.This involves coordinating with stakeholders and team members to ensure timely completion, effective resource allocation, and high-quality deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expedite project logistics, resolve issues, and maintain quality control.Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure transparency, accountability, and success.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in project management with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.Prior experience working with design teams, understanding design principles, and collaborating with developers to ensure seamless project execution.Desirable Qualifications:Senior-level experience in project management, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in a similar role.Background in designing complex user interfaces, with expertise in user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.Knowledge of frontend development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to effectively communicate with developers and ensure high-quality deliverables.Experience facilitating design workshops, user interviews, or stakeholder alignment sessions to drive project success.
