We serve students across Brazil and are committed to high-quality teaching, student success, and supporting our teachers.We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Academic Coordinator who wants to help build an exceptional educational model and grow with us. You will play a key role in shaping the academic vision, supporting our teachers, and ensuring excellent learning outcomes. ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for our team of teachersConduct hiring, onboarding, training, and teacher evaluationsDesign and lead professional development sessions and workshopsEstablish and maintain GT's methodological and pedagogical guidelinesAdminister and manage Needs Analysis (placement testing) for new studentsOversee the review and development of teaching materialsContinuously improve the academic quality and learning experienceAct as a strategic voice in planning and implementing improvements across the teaching teamFoster a positive and collaborative culture with both students and teachers RequirementsCELTA (Cambridge) certification or a degree in Languages or EducationPrior experience as an English teacherAvailability for full-time, remote workComfort with digital tools and remote instruction Nice to HaveDELTA (Cambridge) or equivalent certificationsPrevious experience in academic coordination or management rolesExperience in material design, curriculum planning, or teacher mentorshipFamiliarity with platforms such as Linguahouse, Google Workspace, and other Ed Tech toolsBackground in reputable language schools like Cultura Inglesa, Thomas Jefferson, CNA, Brasas, etc. What We're Looking ForInspirational leadership with active listening skillsBalance of academic rigor and student-centered perspectiveStrong communication and project management abilitiesSomeone who thrives in creative, fast-paced, and high-growth environmentsOwnership, autonomy, and a desire to make a difference How to ApplyIf you believe your background aligns with our mission, please send us your CV and a brief cover letter explaining why you'd like to join GT Educação.We'd love to meet you
