Job Description:This is a Full Time Hybrid position working with US clients.
It requires 3 days on-site and 2 in home office.We are seeking experienced professionals to support a mission-critical implementation for a Water and Waste Utility company, ensuring Oracle solutions are deployed, configured, and optimized to meet operational and business needs.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our organizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirementsDevelop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectivenessAnalyze and resolve complex technical issuesRequired Skills and Qualifications:8+ years of experience in Oracle WACS and Oracle EAMExperience in field service operations, asset lifecycle management, maintenance scheduling, and work order management from an EAM perspectiveFamiliarity with integration between EAM and enterprise systems (ERP, supply chain, GIS, WFM)Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
