Managers of Information Technology, Ledn is interested in hearing from youLedn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.Through our products and services, we can make a difference in the lives and futures of our clients – in real terms.Our team at Ledn is a passionate group of individuals from diverse backgrounds.We share an unshakeable conviction that digital assets can democratize access to the global economy, and Ledn's suite of products and services can play a critical role in doing so.The core values that guide us are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.Combining these values with our conviction makes Ledn an unstoppable force in changing the world for the better.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate has demonstrated previous success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments and is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code.The role also requires strong customer-support skills and a willingness to help end users who need assistance.You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.You will work closely with your Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.About The RoleYou will be customer-facing and the first line of support, owning support and providing an outstanding support experience to our employees via Slack, Jira, etc.You are a pro at troubleshooting, using the terminal, and making macOS work in the enterprise.Procuring and delivering technology equipment.Owning the experience of tech onboarding for all new employees and tech retrieval for all outgoing employees.Designing, testing, building, and documenting programs, policies and tools, and contributing improvements to existing knowledge.Supporting and managing SaaS applications – Google Workspace (GSuite), Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.Managing Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools – MDM, EMM, Jamf, etc.Improving IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.) and automating busywork.Managing, responding to and fixing critical incidents and issues through to completion.You will work on projects over sprints, detail your work in tools like Jira (you are experienced with agile methods and sprints), and set and work toward your own objectives and key results with minimal direction while aligning them to the team and company goals.What You Bring To Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc., and to utilize open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.Experience integrating SSO into Okta, creating workflows in Okta, working with APIs, and integrating systems.Remote support experience across multiple time zones, familiarity with shipping and receiving hardware and customs.Strong communication skills, clear writing, and a desire to provide a magical experience for others.Security awareness (e.g., PGP) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching).Self-management, strong organizational and task-management skills, and the ability to handle ambiguity.Nice To Haves Some familiarity with AWS;
