Provides classroom support for EARJ's students in all areas of learning, answering questions and supervising students as they work independently or/in groups, assisting with a high quality education for academic and personal development of students.EARJ is looking for an experienced and accomplished Lower School Teaching Assistant to join our Barra campus team.The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (in Pedagogy is preferred).
; 3-5 years of experience as a Teaching Assistant - preferred if in an international school context; a skillful practitioner in multilingual classrooms; a motivated learner who accepts responsibility for their own growth; someone who thrives in an atmosphere of transformational leadership; is passionate about learning and skilled in high-impact 21st century instruction.Provides classroom support for EARJ's students in all areas of learning, answering questions and supervising students as they work independently or/in groups, assisting with a high quality education for academic and personal development of students.If you feel that you are culturally open-minded and have an optimistic growth mindset, then EARJ is the place where you can make a difference.Contributes to a community that is inclusive, culturally sensitive and equitable, and in which everyone experiences a strong sense of belonging.
