This role focuses on delivering high-quality, performance, and user-centric solutions through modern technologies and best practices.
You will take the lead on key development initiatives, contribute to architectural decisions, and promote automation and continuous improvement across the stack.

What You'll Do Lead development of new features and services, ensuring efficient delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and collaborate closely with team members.
Design and implement scalable architectures, APIs, and user interfaces.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Integrate third-party services and internal systems.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across the stack.
Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Create technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements What You Have Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong command of Java Script/Type Script and modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Nest JS.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs; hands-on experience with Graph QL is a plus.
Proven expertise in relational databases (Postgre SQL, SQL Server), including query optimization and data modeling.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development practices.
Practical experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure; exposure to AWS or GCP is a plus.
Skilled in containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (preferred).
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern Dev Ops workflows.
Proficient in Git for version control and collaborative development.
Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments.
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in international environments.
Preferred Qualifications Experience leading projects and mentoring teams.
Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes deployment strategies.
Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, or other distributed caching/search technologies.
Familiarity with messaging systems (Rabbit MQ, Kafka, etc.).
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
