Experiência com GCP, especialmente Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage.Sólida vivência com práticas de MLOps (orquestração, CI/CD, versionamento de modelos e dados).
Domínio de conceitos de modelagem (regressão, classificação, aprendizado supervisionado, métricas, validação cruzada, etc).
Forte habilidade em alinhar escolhas técnicas à estratégia do negócio, maximizando impacto e entregas com valor.DiferenciaisExperiência com modelos de séries temporais, previsão de demanda, otimização logística ou pricing dinâmico.Noções de arquiteturas de recomendações, LLMs e NLP.Vivência com monitoramento de modelos em produção (drift, accuracy decay, logs).
Familiaridade com ferramentas como Feast, Kubeflow, Weights Biases ou similares.DesafiosEstruturar pipelines de treinamento, deploy e monitoramento de modelos usando a stack GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, etc).
Trabalhar em conjunto com analistas e cientistas de dados na engenharia de features, tratamento de dados e versionamento de experimentos.Atuar na governança e boas práticas de MLOps, incluindo testes, reprodutibilidade, automação e observabilidade dos modelos.Definir e aplicar estratégias de deploy (ex: A/B testing, shadow mode, canary) para garantir segurança em produção.Garantir que os modelos estejam alinhados aos objetivos de negócio e entreguem impacto mensurável.Colaborar com squads de produto e engenharia para embutir inteligência em nossos sistemas (recomendações, scoring, predições operacionais etc).
