impact.You'll take care of Accounting & Tax, Financial Reporting, Internal Controls, and Risk Management, ensuring that our operations remain solid, compliant, and ready to scale globally.You'll be Finance LeadershipOperations, People, and Science teamsExternal accounting and tax partnersKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely accounting and tax records following Brazilian GAAP and IFRSSupport financial consolidation across multiple entities and geographiesDrive or support the month-end and year-end closing processesSupport the Finance team in corporate finance, strategy, and investor relationsEnsure strong internal controls and help mitigate financial and operational risksCoordinate compliance with local and international tax and accounting standardsSupport treasury operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and cash flow planningPartner with FP&A to align operational and financial insightsManage with external auditors and advisors during audits and reviewsIdentify and lead process improvements to make our systems more reliable, efficient, and scalableYou can be a Rock-Star if you haveCore Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field3-5 years of proven experience in controlling, accounting, or financial reporting rolesDeep understanding of Brazilian accounting standards, IFRS, and multi-entity consolidationStrong command of Excel/Google Sheets and experience with financial systemsFamiliarity with Accounting, Compliance, Treasury (AP & AR), and FP&AAdvanced English communication skillsExcellent organizational and project management abilitiesKey Qualities Collaborative, proactive, curious, and eager to learnGoes above and beyond with a strong
