Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our projects and ensure timely delivery.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates.Prepare and present status reports to internal and external stakeholders.Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies.Escalate critical issues promptly to leadership.Track project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery.Coordinate with resource managers for staffing needs.Maintain compliance with internal standards and client expectations.Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.PMP certification preferred (or equivalent like PRINCE2).Project management experience in IT or business domains.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence.Preferred Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with financial metrics and cost control.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.About UsOur organization supports innovation, values your ideas, and fosters growth throughout your career.
