Job Description:As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting high-impact digital experiences that turn complex problems into intuitive solutions.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop products that meet the needs of our users.Key aspects of this role include:Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to bring product ideas to lifeConduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure user needs are metAnalyze research findings to identify patterns and areas for improvementUser-Centered Approach:We believe in taking a user-centered approach to design.This means empathizing with our users, advocating for their needs, and communicating effectively in fast-paced environments.Requirements:A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similarStrong portfolio showcasing UX case studies (research, flows, prototypes, UI)Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proficiency in English (C1/C2 level)Expertise in Figma, including design systems, prototyping, and components
