Estamos em busca de um(a) AI Engineer para liderar o desenvolvimento, a integração e a evolução de soluções baseadas em Inteligência Artificial, atuando diretamente na construção de produtos e automações inteligentes com alto impacto no negócio.O desafio Você será responsável por projetar pipelines de IA, criar agentes inteligentes, integrar LLMs a aplicações reais e garantir que essas soluções sejam escaláveis, seguras e confiáveis, trabalhando de forma próxima aos times de produto, engenharia e dados.Principais responsabilidades Desenvolver e integrar modelos de IA (LLMs, embeddings, visão computacional, ASR, entre outros).Projetar e manter pipelines de RAG, agentes autônomos e fluxos de automação.Construir e gerenciar vector stores e sistemas de busca semântica.Criar APIs e serviços para orquestração de modelos usando frameworks modernos.Implementar avaliações, benchmarks e guardrails para garantir qualidade e segurança.Monitorar performance, custos e uso das soluções de IA em produção.Acompanhar tendências e propor melhorias contínuas em IA aplicada.Requisitos Experiência sólida com LLMs e integrações via API (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).Domínio de Python e/ou Node.js.Conhecimento prático em RAG, embeddings e vector search.Experiência com LangChain, LlamaIndex ou ferramentas similares.Vivência com cloud (AWS, GCP ou Azure).Boa base em arquitetura de software e boas práticas de engenharia.Perfil colaborativo, com foco em entregas rápidas.Diferenciais Experiência com agentes de IA (CrewAI, AutoGen, ReAct, OpenAI Agents).Conhecimento em MLOps / LLMOps.Vivência com data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks).Experiência com modelos open-source (Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek).Prompt engineering e sistemas multi-prompts.Construção de produtos de IA do zero e deploy serverless.Perfil que buscamos Curiosidade, autonomia e senso de ownership.Mentalidade prática: construir, testar, medir e evoluir.Boa comunicação e capacidade de traduzir desafios de negócio em soluções técnicas.
