Talent Manager Job DescriptionAbout the Talent Manager Role:Our organization is seeking a seasoned Talent Manager to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical customer-facing positions.This role entails managing candidate sourcing, talent planning, capacity management, and internal supply optimization.The Talent Manager will act as the primary point of contact between Internal Delivery and Talent Fulfilment teams.This role involves managing multiple client requirements simultaneously.Conduct thorough assessments of the talent pool to identify supply-demand gaps.Activate external sourcing channels when internal supply is insufficient.Key Qualifications & Experience:A minimum of 7–12 years of experience in talent operations or resource planning.Proven track record in client-side hiring setups and resource & capacity management.Data analysis and reporting skills – able to extract insights and drive data-backed decisions.Talent Manager Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.Talent Manager Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Professional certifications in HR or recruitment management preferred.
