We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Operations Professional to join our fast-paced global team.This role involves providing administrative support to our teams, ensuring seamless communication and workflow across Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.The responsibilities of this position include:Team Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records.C RM & Data Management: Ensure client records in HubSpot and other systems are always updated and accurate.Cross-Department Coordination: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth communication and workflow.Audits & Compliance: Perform daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity.Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary.Reporting & KPIs: Track key metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights.Presentation & Proposal Support: Help create sales materials for client meetings.Administrative Assistance: Provide ad-hoc support to ensure operational efficiency.The successful candidate will bring:Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills.Extreme attention to detail – accuracy in SOP's, reporting, and documentation.A problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.We offer:Competitive monthly salary36 PTOs per year100% Remote Work – Work from anywhereProfessional Development & Growth OpportunitiesFlexible core working hoursFull-time (40 hrs/week) – Immediate Start Available
