Senior AI Engineer PositionOur organization is seeking a skilled Senior AI Engineer with extensive experience in software and AI/ML engineering.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and expertise in either Golang, Node.js, or Java.Key Responsibilities:Develop and operationalize AI-native services that transform the utility sector by designing, implementing, and deploying AI models.Architect and fine-tune AI agents for utility use cases, including predictive operations, customer engagement, and energy optimization.Build APIs, microservices, and orchestration frameworks that seamlessly connect AI models with enterprise systems and grid-level data flows.Manage the complete AI pipeline ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and continuous deployment to ensure reliability and scalability.Address vulnerabilities unique to AI, such as model drift, bias exploitation, adversarial robustness, and hallucination control while considering regulated environments.Collaborate with software engineers, data specialists, and security teams to integrate AI capabilities into the broader client OS, embedding AI by design into every product release.Required Experience:Excellent English communication skills.5+ years of applied ML/AI engineering experience, preferably with exposure to enterprise/mission-critical systems.Strong proficiency in Python and either Golang, Node.js, or Java (non-Golang developers will learn and adapt Golang on the job).
Expertise with ML/LLM frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or equivalent.Experience with vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and modern MLOps practices.A track record of deploying AI services in production.A strong grounding in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
