About CloudWalk:We are not just another fintech unicorn.We are a pack of dreamers, makers, and tech enthusiasts building the future of payments.With millions of happy customers and a hunger for innovation, we're now expanding our neural network - literally and metaphorically.We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our FP&A team, supporting both financial planning and investor-related analysis.This is not a traditional accounting or P&L modeling position — we're looking for someone proficient in structuring, treating, and interpreting data, with a technical background (data science or computing) and a strong ability to translate numbers into strategic insights.Your mission will be to connect external data signals to business decisions, help us explore new opportunities, and structure analyses that go beyond surface-level reporting.What You'll DoAnalyze external market data to estimate niche market opportunities and inform product and business strategies.Investigate product performance and connect data insights to business outcomesSupport strategic discussions with well-grounded data perspectives that help shape decisions and guide priorities.Collaborate with FP&A, Product, Strategy, and Investor Relations teams to develop a deep, contextual view of business data.Source and clean data from various channels, automate reporting when relevant, and proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies.Help create the foundations for scalable, accurate, and insight-driven investor reporting.What You need to succeed3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles, ideally with exposure to financial and product-related data.Solid knowledge of data treatment, structuring, and interpretation — more focused on technical depth than financial modeling.Strong with Excel and Google SheetsStrong business acumen and curiosity: you should be able to chase data, explore assumptions, and connect dots between metrics and strategy.Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and transforming complex data into meaningful, actionable insights.Fluent in English, as you will participate in conversations with stakeholders from different regions and backgrounds.Passionate about technology, with a mindset of using the right tools (including AI) to accelerate and enrich your analysis — even in lightweight or limited setups.Nice to haveFamiliarity with Python, SQL, Looker.This role sits at the intersection of data, finance, and business strategy.You'll help drive our understanding of performance and opportunity, and shape the way we use data to communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.Your insights will inform decisions that directly impact the company's growth and strategic direction.Join us at CloudWalk, where we're not just engineering solutions; we're building a smarter, AI-driven future for payments—together.By applying for this position, your data will be processed as per CloudWalk's Privacy Policy that you can read here in Portuguese and here in English.
