Warehouse Optimization ExpertiseAs a skilled Operational Efficiency Specialist, you will be responsible for designing warehouse layouts, optimizing material flow, and conducting time studies to enhance efficiency.You will collaborate closely with operations, safety, IT, and automation teams to ensure seamless implementation of changes.Design warehouse layouts for new facilities and redesign existing layouts for renovation projects.Analyze inbound, put-away, picking, and outbound processes; optimize material flow and work areas to increase productivity.Conduct detailed time studies and work sampling to establish and maintain standard operating times.Develop cost–benefit and ROI models for layout changes, automation investments, and process improvements.Provide support for new warehouse start-ups, process changes, and layout integrations.Required SkillsBachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.5+ years of experience in warehouse IE, layout design, or process improvement.Familiarity with IE tools such as time studies, motion studies, and capacity balancing.Proficiency in AutoCAD/Visio for layout design and Excel/Power BI for data analysis and reporting.Strong numerical analysis and ROI modeling skills.Excellent cross-department communication and coordination skills.Good command of spoken and written English.
