Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsável por definir a estrutura organizacional da companhia, em linha com os objetivos de competitividade e da estratégia empresarial e posicionamento e accountability das funções. Garante o dimensionamento da força de trabalho e a descrição de perfis profissionais. Principais Atividades: - Definir o planejamento organizacional com o objetivo de garantir o alinhamento da estrutura com os objetivos corporativos de negócios e mantê-la atualizada em relação à evolução do cenário de referência- Gerenciar a formalização e divulgação das intervenções organizacionais gestional, garantindo a plena governança deste aspecto. - Definir as responsabilidades das diversas funções da empresa de acordo com as missões organizacionais. (ex.: processos, delegação de poderes etc.); - Analisar o dimensionamento da força de trabalho. - Gerenciar o sistema de arquitetura de papéis profissionais, definindo e atualizando as descrições. - Suportar o sistema de avaliação de cargos, garantindo a consistência do sistema de ponderação de cargos com o modelo organizacional adotado. - Gerir o roadmap de projetos inerentes as estruturas organizacionai e prefis profissionais, gestão de terceiros dentro outros ; - Realizar a gestão de KPIs e OKRs referente as frentes de atuação. - Avaliar o que o mercado está utilizando, de forma a capturar e divulgar as tendências no que tange ao contexo de estrturas organizacionais junto aos C-Level da companhia. - Gerenciar o escopo, prazos (cronograma) e implementação de projetos relacionados; - Liderar e conduzir reuniões executivas (gerenciais, diretorias e Clevel) dos programas e projetos estruturantes da companhia. - Elaborar reportes, avaliar documentos de governança e realizar apresentações executivas, apresentação dos cenários de acompanhamento e planos de ação. Requisitos e qualificações - Desejável experiência em Organizational Development Analysis, Design & Implementation - Experiência em projetos envolvendo times multidisciplinares e interação com executivos da organização - Desejável conhecimento em HR Strategic Planning - Desejável vivência no mercado de Telecom - Conhecimento nas ferramentas de Pacote Office intermediário - Desejável conhecimento nas ferramentas SAP PD2 e Visio. - Técnicas de benchmarking - Técnicas de process design - Técnicas de rightsizing organizacional
