Language Specialist RoleWe are seeking a skilled Language Specialist to leverage their linguistic expertise in evaluating prompts, rating AI-generated outputs, and creating high-quality content that refines AI performance.This is a critical role in shaping the accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance of AI systems used by global technology leaders.The successful candidate will evaluate prompts and responses generated by AI models, provide structured feedback on AI outputs, develop, edit, and curate high-quality content for training datasets across diverse domains, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure cultural and linguistic nuances are well-represented in model training.The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree (or higher) in Linguistics, Language Studies, Translation, or related field, a strong command of written and spoken language, experience in content writing, editing, or evaluation, an analytical mindset with attention to detail, and the ability to identify subtle linguistic issues.Additionally, interest in AI, natural language processing (NLP), or large language models is a plus.This position offers the opportunity to work with a global workforce of subject matter experts and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI technologies.
