Job Position: Sr Java Backend Developer Job Location : Sao Paulo, Brazil WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE OFFICE A FEW DAYS AWEEK AND THE REST WILL BE REMOTE WORK.Duration : Long Term ContractAbout the Role:You will join a dynamic team responsible for developing and maintaining real-time trading solutionswithin a leading FX technology environment.Your primary focus will be on Java-based systems, withopportunities to contribute to Node.Js components and work with industry-standard protocols andPlatforms.Mandatory Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in real-time Java development, with a strong track record ofdelivering robust, high-performance solutions.- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication within aninternational team.(Minimum B2)- Solid experience with Github, JaCoCo Java Code CoverageHighly Desirable Experience:- Proven expertise in implementing solutions within the Caplin product.- Solid experience with FIX protocol, including the design and implementation of FIX-based integrations.Desirable Skills:- Practical experience with Node.Js, particularly in the context of financial or trading systems.Additional Qualities:- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, mission-criticalenvironments.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.- Experience in the financial services sector, especially in FX or trading platforms, is a plus.
