DescriçãoExtractta, consultoria especializada em tecnologia da informação e soluções Data Driven, abre processo seletivo para Database Reliability Engineer (DBRE) Sênior em Porto Seguro, companhia multicultural do setor de seguros.Buscamos profissional com forte experiência em infraestrutura de banco de dados em nuvem, automação, Terraform e capacidade de melhorar continuamente a confiabilidade de dados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProjetar, implementar e automatizar infraestrutura de bancos de dados em cloud providers (por exemplo, AWS, Azure ou GCP);Criar e manter definições de infraestrutura como código utilizando Terraform;Monitorar e analisar métricas de desempenho de bancos de dados (latência, throughput, índices, locks, utilização de recursos);Automatizar procedimentos de provisionamento, backups, restaurações, atualizações e escalabilidade;Garantir alta disponibilidade, redundância e recuperação de desastres (DR) em ambientes críticos;Implementar práticas de observabilidade, alertas e dashboards para métricas chave;Trabalhar próximo a equipes de desenvolvimento e SRE para otimização de queries, tuning e execução de planos de escalabilidade;Participar de definição e execução de runbooks e playbooks para incident response e troubleshooting;Promover cultura de confiabilidade, performance e segurança em dados, observando políticas internas e melhores práticas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNível Sênior, com sólida experiência em automação e infraestrutura de banco de dados em cloud;Experiência comprovada com Terraform para provisionamento de recursos de banco de dados e infraestrutura;Habilidade robusta em análise e monitoramento de métricas de banco de dados, interpretando performance e integridade de dados;Experiência com automação de tarefas como backup, recuperação, escalabilidade e tuning de bancos de dados (SQL, NoSQL ou similares);Familiaridade com soluções cloud (AWS RDS/Aurora, Azure SQL, Cloud SQL, etc.);Boa comunicação para interagir com times técnicos, operações e stakeholders de negócio;Capacidade de promover e implementar boas práticas de confiabilidade, segurança e governança de dados.#J-18808-Ljbffr
