You will play a key role in sourcing and recruiting top tech and non-tech talent across Europe and Latin America, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an excellent recruitment experience from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirementsSource, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical rolesManage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and offer negotiationBuild and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positionsEnsure a smooth and timely candidate experience, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the processCollaborate with team members and hiring managers to continuously improve processesMaintain accurate data in our applicant tracking systems and internal reportsStay updated on regional hiring trends and market insights across Europe and LATAMQualifications3+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.Familiarity with both technical and non-technical profilesSolid sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing toolsStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience hiring in Latin AmericaAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environmentUpper-Intermediate + level of EnglishReadiness to work in various time zones according to the candidates' time zoneWhy You Should Work at TurnKey:We're building a diverse team of talented individuals who bring different perspectives to the business and who feel a sense of inclusion and belonging when they join our team.We welcome and celebrate new ideas and allow you to make an immediate impact on the team.Flex PTO for any reason, including sick days (no specified limits), flexible work schedule.Provided laptop (MacBooks);Opportunity to attend professional development training, certifications, and conferences.
