Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a comprehensive data-driven trade optimization architecture that integrates various data sources to provide actionable insights for trade promotion optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and promote best practices for data management, analytics, and trade promotion strategies across the organization.Develop and implement a cohesive, end-to-end data-driven trade optimization architecture that aligns with business goals and technical constraints.Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on the use of the trade promotion optimization system and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Translate both functional and non-functional requirements into a comprehensive data strategy.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, Power BI).Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and Governance.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.Understanding of trade promotion strategies, consumer goods industry, and market trends.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to trade promotions.
