Chief Financial Strategist

Financial Leadership RoleThe goal of this position is to lead the financial strategy and planning process for our organization.This involves developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans that align with business objectives.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planner who can build and maintain complex financial models, analyze profitability and costs, and identify new opportunities for growth.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and management reporting, as well as expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.Additionally, 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, is necessary.Experience in agriculture, produce, or food manufacturing industry is also preferred.The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing regular financial reports with variance analysis and recommending adjustments to improve results.They will also work closely with operations, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment with company goals.A strong business judgment and results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.This is a unique opportunity to join our organization and contribute to its growth and success.
