Symplicity is a global leader in SaaS solutions, empowering organizations and individuals to achieve their goals.We are committed to providing secure, privacy-conscious services across four distinct companies operating on diverse technology stacks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and OCI).Join us in shaping the future of secure and compliant technology.We are seeking an Information Security Analyst/Specialist to join our growing team.Reporting to the Information Security Officer (ISO) and Data Privacy Officer (DPO), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Symplicity meets its compliance requirements while maintaining its commitment to privacy and security.**What You'll Do**:1.Compliance & Audit Support- Assist in conducting security and privacy audits for frameworks such as ISO *****, SOC 2 Type II, NIST ******, GDPR, LGPD, and others.- Collaborate with the ISO and DPO to address audit findings, implement corrective actions, and maintain certification readiness.- Aggregate and analyze compliance-related data from various systems and departments.- 2. Vulnerability Management- Identify, aggregate, and analyze vulnerabilities across diverse environments.- Prioritize remediation efforts and collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues.- Track and report on vulnerability trends and statuses.- 3. Security Operations- Support IT teams in securing the organization using tools and practices such as SSO, MFA, MDM, and endpoint security solutions.- Perform log analysis and assist with configuration management to enhance security visibility and control.- Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs for employees.- 4. Cross-Team Coordination- Collaborate with teams across four distinct companies within Symplicity to align security and privacy efforts, despite differences in technology stacks and cloud providers.- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure consistent compliance with security policies and procedures.- 5. Project Management (Preferred but Not Required)- Support security and compliance-related projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.- Drive collaboration across teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.**What We're Looking For**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Advanced English proficiency.- 2-4 years of experience in information security, compliance, or related roles.- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like ISO *****, SOC 2, NIST ******, GDPR, and LGPD.- Experience with vulnerability management tools and practices.- Knowledge of security technologies, including SSO, MFA, MDM, etc.- Strong analytical skills, particularly in log analysis and configuration management.- Excellent organizational and communication skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple organizations.**Bonus Points for**:- Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM).- Experience in environments utilizing multiple cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, OCI).At Symplicity, we are the market leader in employability solutions, helping higher education institutions close skill gaps and empowering graduates to launch their careers.With over 30 million students using our products worldwide, we support the entire student lifecycle—from admissions to alumni engagement.We are proud to be a Great Place To Work® certified company
