Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst to support the analysis, testing, and delivery of enhancements on our ServiceNow platform.
This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented individual who can gather and document business requirements as well as develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality solutions.
Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
Must be able to deliver with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements.Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.Support training and communication efforts related to new or updated ServiceNow functionality.Maintain clear and concise documentation for both business requirements and testing activities.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.Required Experience & Skills:2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM modules preferred).
Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or other tools for test automation.Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and business analysis best practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator a plusThis position pay $9/hr USD
