Job Description:Expand your sales horizons as a Regional Sales Manager with our company.You will be responsible for developing and executing country-level sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with regional growth goals.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the power generation and industrial sectors.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.Manage proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.Required Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in industrial services or technical environments.Experience with Power Plants.Willingness to travel.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.Experience with CRM systems.Knowledge of HRSG and Thermal Engineering.
