Location: GuarulhosAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior Maintenance Specialist to be a key player in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our warehouse operations.In this role, you will execute critical daily maintenance while contributing to equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.It's an excellent opportunity for a technical professional eager to grow, collaborate across teams, and support our facility's safe and stable performance.Job SummaryThe Senior Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the daily maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment.This role also supports new equipment implementation, on-site improvements, and basic process optimization.Working under the supervision of the Maintenance Lead, you will help execute maintenance plans, coordinate daily tasks, and facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure operations are safe, reliable, and efficient.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily MaintenancePerform routine mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance.Conduct basic troubleshooting of common equipment issues with supervisor support.Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and update associated work orders.Ensure accuracy of CMMS data and assist in updating spare parts records.New Equipment & Project SupportParticipate in the installation, commissioning, and technical support of new equipment.Assist vendors during on-site work, handling basic documentation and follow-up actions.Support the execution of small improvement projects, equipment modifications, and optimization activities.On-Site Improvement & Lean SupportEngage in 5S, SOP development, and visual management activities.Provide data, information, and technical input to support continuous improvement efforts.Team Collaboration & CoordinationAssist the supervisor in implementing weekly / monthly maintenance plans and tracking daily tasks.Support internal team communication, coordination, and information sharing.Collaborate effectively with other departments and external vendors as required.Prepare basic maintenance reports, records, and documentation.Safety & ComplianceAdhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements in all maintenance activities.Identify potential operational risks and contribute to corrective actions.Qualifications & SkillsEducationTechnical degree or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Maintenance, or a related field.ExperienceOver 5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a hands-on technical role.Experience with automated equipment or project support is a strong advantage.Technical SkillsFoundational mechanical / electrical knowledge and strong practical troubleshooting ability.Competency in reading basic technical drawings and manuals.Professional SkillsExcellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.Strong execution focus, reliability, and a proactive approach to learning.Good organizational skills with clear and structured problem-solving thinking.MindsetDemonstrated growth potential and a willingness to gradually take on broader responsibilities.We OfferA collaborative and safety-first work environment.Opportunities for technical growth and skill development.Involvement in meaningful projects that improve our operations.#J-*****-Ljbffr
