L2+ Ops Support Engineer – IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS)Mode: 100% Remote (in Colombia)Contract: Contractor Mode??About the Role:We are looking for an L2+ Ops Support Engineer with advanced experience in IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) (formerly Tivoli Workload Scheduler or TWS) to provide operational support for our Linux distributed environments.You will be part of a highly technical team that uses ScrumBan methodologies and works on the continuous improvement of platform performance, stability, and automation.??Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain job definitions, calendars, variables, and workflows in IWS.Document incidents, generate reports, and coordinate resolution with application teams.Develop and maintain scripts, tools, or integrations via REST APIs.Monitor workloads, capacity, and performance through Dynamic Workload Console (DWC).Support process automation and integration with enterprise applications.Support in process automation and integration with enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Informatica, etc.).Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.Maintain security policies, patches, and compliance.?? Knowledge and Skills Solid experience in IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS):workload modeling, calendars, dependencies, Dynamic Agents, DWC.Advanced Linux/Unix administration.Knowledge of DB2, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.Experience in Shell scripting (Bash/KornShell) and Python.Familiarity with REST APIs, TLS/certificates, and advanced monitoring.Desirable: experience with AWS/Azure/IBM Cloud, Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, Docker.English level B2 or higher (required).?? Desired Experience 3 to 5+ years working with Job Scheduling tools (IWS, Autosys, Control-M, BMC, etc.).Previous experience providing L2 or L3 support in enterprise environments.??
