A Finance Brazil é uma empresa de inteligência financeira e tecnologia especializada em lucratividade, rentabilidade e construção de valor.Atuamos diretamente com empresas que desejam elevar seu nível de gestão, ampliar margens, profissionalizar processos financeiros e sustentar seu crescimento com previsibilidade.Estamos em expansão e buscamos um(a) FP&A Specialist para atuar em projetos estratégicos, trazendo visão analítica, disciplina financeira e capacidade de transformar dados em decisões executivas.O que buscamos Forte capacidade analítica e pensamento estruturado; Visão estratégica orientada a criação de valor e performance; Rigor técnico em modelagem, orçamento, planejamento e análise; Excelente comunicação para interação com CEOs, CFOs e gestores; Proatividade, autonomia e senso de dono; Organização, capacidade de priorização e execução de alta performance; Vivência em ambientes dinâmicos e exposure a decisões executivas.Responsabilidades e Atribuições Planejamento e Análise Financeira (FP&A) Estruturar e conduzir o ciclo completo de Budget, Forecast e Latest Estimate .Construir e manter modelos de P&L, Fluxo de Caixa, Margem, Opex, Capex e projeções de crescimento .Desenvolver análises de sensibilidade, cenários e stress tests para suportar decisões estratégicas.Gestão de Performance e Rentabilidade Analisar margens, unit economics, custos e KPIs operacionais.Identificar oportunidades de eficiência e aumento de margem.Acompanhar resultados mensais e gerar insights para correções de rota.Controle Orçamentário Estruturar e revisar orçamentos, garantindo aderência às metas financeiras.Monitorar variações reais vs. planejadas (AV / variance analysis).Propor ajustes e recomendações baseadas em dados.Relatórios Executivos Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, dashboards de performance e apresentações executivas.Traduzir indicadores financeiros complexos em insights claros e acionáveis.Apresentar análises mensalmente para diretoria e conselhos.Modelagem Financeira e Projetos Estratégicos Desenvolver modelos para decisões de investimento, pricing, valuation e M&A.Apoiar projetos de reestruturação financeira, capital allocation e redução de custos.Atuar diretamente com a área de Technology & Insights para ampliar a inteligência de dados dos clientes.Governança e Controles Garantir compliance e padronização financeira dos clientes.Implantar processos, rotinas e metodologias de governança financeira.Suporte Consultivo Atuar como parceiro estratégico do cliente, influenciando decisões de negócio.Colaborar com times internos de consultoria, BPO Financeiro e Technology.Requisitos e Qualificações Graduação em Finanças, Economia, Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas relacionadas; Experiência prévia em FP&A, controladoria, consultoria financeira ou corporate finance ; Domínio de Excel avançado e forte capacidade de modelagem financeira; Vivência com Power BI ou ferramentas de BI; Conhecimento sólido em contabilidade gerencial e P&L; Experiência com Budget, Forecast, variações e análise de desempenho; Capacidade de transformar grandes volumes de dados em recomendações de negócio; Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal, com perfil consultivo e executivo.O que oferecemos Ambiente colaborativo, inovador e orientado a alta performance; Exposição direta a CEOs, CFOs e executivos C-Level; Projetos desafiadores em diferentes setores e tamanhos de empresa; Oportunidade real de crescimento junto à expansão da Finance Brazil; Participação ativa em projetos estratégicos, envolvendo rentabilidade, pricing, governança e inteligência financeira.
