Title: Sustainability Manager Location: Varginha, BrazilReports to: General Manager, KDP BrasilThe Sustainability Manager will lead the implementation of KDP's responsible sourcing and impact strategies in the company's coffee supply chain.This means ensuring suppliers comply with our standards on social, environmental, and ethical practices and partnering with suppliers for positive impact aligned to our goals and commitments.This position will play a strategic role in advancing regenerative agriculture and farmer livelihoods, increasing supplier engagement, and supporting due diligence efforts to align with corporate sustainability policies and international regulations.The role will also leverage industry partnerships and frameworks like the Global Coffee Platform (GCP) to assess supplier compliance, promote continuous improvement, and drive alignment with globally recognized sustainability standards.This role will work in close relationships with our Enterprise Sustainability Team.Responsibilities:Supplier Engagement & ComplianceCommunicate and enforce KDP's responsible sourcing protocols with suppliers across the company's coffee supply chain.Conduct supplier assessments and manage action plans to close compliance gaps.Monitor compliance with other relevant legislation and internal policies, e.g. deforestation and climate commitments.Sustainability Projects & PartnershipsLead local sustainability programs in collaboration with relevant implementers, e.g. NGOs, cooperatives, and producer groups, including contract and budget management, field visits and impact reporting.Identify and scale projects aligned with KDP's global sustainability goals.General support to administer the broader coffee investment portfolio Traceability & Due DiligenceEvaluate the performance of responsible sourcing partner programs and ensure continuous improvement in service of KDP's goalsEvaluate potential new Responsible Sourcing programsSupport broader traceability and transparency initiatives across coffee supply chainsEnsure proper documentation and data collection to meet legal and corporate due diligence requirements.Internal Collaboration & ReportingCollaborate closely with KDP's global procurement and sustainability teams.Provide regular reporting on sustainability KPIs and project impact, as well as managing coffee-related disclosuresEngage in cross-functional initiatives that drive ESG progress and origin resilience.Support the company to meet customer requests for traceability and impact data Requirements:Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Sustainability, Agronomy, Environmental Sciences, Business, or related fields.Minimum 5 years' experience in sustainability, procurement, or supply chain roles in the agri-food or coffee sector.Experience working with certification standards, project management and impact assessment is highly desirable.Confident using MS Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) SkillsStrong knowledge of sustainability frameworks and supply chain risk.Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects in rural or agricultural contexts.Excellent communication and negotiation skills across a variety of internal and external stakeholdersFluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is highly desirable.Willingness to travel regularly to producing areas (15%-20%).Please apply directly through the link and attach a cover letter outlining your interest in this role at KDP Brasil.
